Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Little Woodland Florist website (Website) and the purchase of any goods from it (ABN 20 401 657 115) .

Please note that by using the Website or ordering goods and/or services from us, the user or purchaser (you) agrees to be bound by the terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability contained in the webpages comprising the Website.

You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend or update all information on the Website including these Terms and Conditions at any time without providing notice other than publication on the Website.

Offer of Goods and Services

  1. We offer to supply Today’s Bunch and Build A Bunch blooms featured on the Website for the price advertised on the Website in accordance with the terms and conditions noted on the Website, subject to availability. 

Prices and Payment

  1. Little Woodland Florist includes delivery in the price for all products sold on the website. Prices may change without notice, but will always be clearly displayed on the website.

  2. Payments must be processed in full before your order is dispatched.

  3. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

  4. We accept payment via Visa & Mastercard.

Ordering

  1. For Little Woodland Florist to process your order and optimise your customer experience, we collect necessary personal information from you when you place an order, including your name, email address and/or mobile number, billing address, delivery address and payment details.

  2. For information on how we obtain, store and use your personal information please see our Privacy Policy.

  3. Little Woodland Florist will send you an email confirming your order once your payment has been processed. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, there has been a problem processing your order. Please let us know if you have an issue processing your order by emailing hello@littlewoodlandflorist.com.

 

Delivery

  1. Little Woodland Florist delivers Monday-Friday between 12.00pm and 5.00pm for business addresses and 12.00pm to 5.30pm for residential addresses. Please note we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

  2. If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, Little Woodland Florist will leave the order near the door, or in another place we deem safe. We will, where possible, place in a shaded area with water.

  3. If you have provided an address for delivery outside our service area of which there is a list stating each suburb that we do cover; you will be offered to change the address for delivery or a refund, if you select a refund the payment transaction for both purchase and refund will be passed on to you. You are asked at the checkout if you have confirmed your chosen address is within our delivery zone and therefore would be at fault for not having done so.

product Availability

  1. Only one style of the daily market bunch of flowers are available on any given day.

  2. A limited number of bunches are available each day. The website will be updated when stock is sold out.

 

Advance orders

  1. If you choose to send on a later date, you accept that you will not see the style of flowers until the day of delivery, when it will be too late to change your order.

Days of operation

  1. Little Woodland Florist does not operate on weekends, public holidays or over the Christmas period (unless we expressly state otherwise on the Website) so flowers cannot be sent on these days. However, we operate on weekends for booked events. If you would like Little Woodland Florist to supply flowers for a special event, simply email hello@littlewoodlandflorist.com.

Refunds and cancellations

  1. Due to our quick turnaround times, we are unable to refund your order unless there is an issue with stock or there is a mistake made by Little Woodland Florist.

  2. We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure detailed and accurate delivery instructions are provided when they place an order.

  3. If the wrong delivery address is provided, contact us at hello@littlewoodlandflorist.com as soon as possible & we will redirect delivery provided it has not already been made.

  4. Orders that specify delivery on a different day to the date of order must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations can be made by emailing hello@littlewoodlandflorist.com

  5. If Little Woodland Florist encounters any supply issues, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of either obtaining a full refund or resending your flowers on an alternative day.

  6. On the rare occasion that an order is processed without available stock, the flowers in Today’s Bunch will be substituted for similar resemblant flowers. If it is necessary to create a dramatically different style, you will be notified you via telephone, email or SMS will be eligible for a full refund.

  7. Like people, every flower is different and some are more delicate than others. You should expect your flowers to last at least 3 days. If, for any reason (excluding extreme spikes in temperature), they last less than 3 days or you’re not happy with your order, please contact us directly to resolve the issue.

  8.
